BLDA were appointed to provide a full service on the extensive redevelopment of this Grade II Listed terraced house in Westminster including planning and heritage services.

This redeveloped included new front and rear basements, a new contemporary rear extension, and a loft conversion.

The house was completely refitted, with BLDA providing full interior architectural fitout designs. whilst working within the constraints of the historic fabric, all managed within the framework of a number of carefully listed building applications.
